I always laugh at IG accounts that I follow that post “start pack” collages. I thought it would be funny to make my own “PIPMEGAN Starter Pack” of all of my favorite things that I have to have at all times! These are my ride or die items that I consistently re-order and have to travel with. I promise you won’t be disappointed if you order any of these things.
Calvin Klein White V-Neck T-shirts– if you follow me on stories you will know that I am almost always in a white v-neck t-shirt. Funny backstory on these, they are actually all Rob’s, but I’ve stolen them all! I am very picky about the white v-neck tees that I wear and these Calvin Klein ones are the softest, most comfortable lounging tees out there, trust me.
Nike Tempo Shorts– get yourself a pair of NORTS (nike shorts) and get them a couple of sizes too big. Thank me later! I like to order my norts in a size large or x-large and they are just the perfect amount of baggy for ultimate comfort and lounging.
Silk Scrunchie– I have gotten so spoiled by my silk scrunchies that I don’t even really wear hair bands anymore. The silk scrunchie doesn’t pull, leave lines, or damage your hair. I pretty much wear one anytime I put my hair up. I’ve had the expensive ones and the cheap ones and they are all pretty much the same if you ask me.
Saje Peppermint Halo Oil Roller– if you suffer from headaches, tension, sinus issues, or migraines you have to get yourself a peppermint halo roller. I use this almost nightly to rub on my shoulders and on the temples of my head. If I am having sinus issues I will even roll it down the sides of my nose and I have instant relief.
Nordstrom CZ Earrings– I wear these earrings almost every single day. I have a pair of real diamond studs, but I’m always worried about losing them. With these $30 earrings you can wear them without worry and they really do look like the real thing. I have the 4 total ct weight and the 6 total ct weight and I love them both.
Slip Silk Pillowcase– I have become that person that travels with their silk pillowcase. I recently went on a trip to D.C. with my Mom and I whipped out my entire pillow and silk pillowcase from my carryon and she looked at me like I was crazy. I am a high maintenance sleeper and the silk pillowcase is just a necessity now. It feels so soft and smooth against your face and helps to keep your hair less damaged as well as reducing fine lines and wrinkles on your face that are formed from sleeping.
Le Labo Rose 31 Perfume– I wear this perfume almost every day and it’s always been a long time favorite. I love anything that is rose scented, but this Le Labo Rose 31 just adds a little something extra and spicy to the fragrance that makes it intoxicating. I still feel like this is light enough to wear everyday and it’s never given me a headache like some other perfumes I own.
Ice Roller for Face– along the same lines as the peppermint roller, if you suffer from headaches or sinus issues you HAVE to get yourself an ice roller. It will be the best $12 that you’ve ever spent. I love to ice roll at night right before bed to reduce the puffiness in my face and under-eye area. Then if I’m having sinus issues I will just lay the roller on top of my sinuses and it makes it feel so much better.
Replenix Tinted Sunscreen– I go back and forth on face sunscreens, but I always find myself coming back to this one that I got on Amazon. It’s cheap, effective, not sticky, and adds a slight little glow and coverage for your day. I wear this almost every day as my face makeup since I don’t really wear a lot of makeup to work.
Birkenstock Sandals– oh yea, I rock the Birkenstocks year round, but my favorite ones are the Arizona sandals. I’ve walked many many miles in Europe in these shoes and also just love to wear them around the house and out running errands in my white tee and norts. If you’ve never tried Birks you don’t know what you’re missing- they are so comfy!
Megababe Rose Deodorant– I’ve been on the all natural deodorant train for about a year now and this one has been my favorite from a sea of about 1000 all natural deodorants. Who doesn’t want their armpits to smell like roses, right? I do typically have to reapply at least one other time during the day, but it’s no big deal to me to avoid the chemicals that are in traditional deodorants.
First Aid Beauty Chapstick– I’ve gone through 3 of these since January. I seriously cannot deal when I can’t find my First Aid Beauty Chapstick at night if I’ve misplaced it or left it in a purse. I now know better and I have a purse chapstick and a nightstand chapstick. I was a long time Carmex user and thought it was the bees knees, but this stuff has become my all time fave.
Goyard St. Louis GM Bag– I’ve had several of these bags for over 10 years now and I swear they are the best every day bags you will find. They are well made, comfortable to wear, stylish, and hold so much stuff. I have mine loaded up with everything but the kitchen sink at all times. I am a fan of the Artois as well which is just like the St. Louis but zips on the top and has reinforced corners.
Marpac Dohm Sound Machine– have you ever traveled with me? If you have then you’ll know that around 9pm I whip out the ole sound machine and crank it up. I cannot and will not sleep without this Marpac Dohm sound machine that I’ve used for about 6 years every single night. When I travel I will take this one and a little portable one as well for double the white noise. I’m just not one of those people that can sleep in silence.
Weighted Blanket– the weighted blanket has changed my life and I don’t know how I ever slept without it! I have the 15 lb blanket and sometimes I will double it up to be like 30 lbs. It helps me sleep deeply and I have had some pretty crazy dreams with it as well. I can’t really explain it, you just have to get one and try it for yourself.
Have you all tried any of the PIPM Starter pack items? If so, let me know what you think in the comments!
