Wouldn’t you know it – I’ve been late night internet shopping lately and have some finds to share! I’m probably one of the weirdest online shoppers because I will ponder for days about purchasing an expensive clothing or accessory item, but when it comes to cheap thrills I am totally a “buy with one click” type of person. So what this means is that I will buy so many cheap and useless items that total up to the amount of the expensive item, and I’m left with 13 hair scrunchies and an elaborate lazy susan to house my skincare … gonna love consumer psychology! Anyways, my insomniac ways warrant a lot of unnecessary Amazon purchases, but I love when those packages come in the mail.
I have a lot of hair but I go through phases of shedding where I feel like I’m losing so much. I always like to stay ahead of the curve by taking hair growth supplements and using the occasional hair growth shampoo. I really like this iRestore hair thinning shampoo because it doesn’t leave any residue and leaves my hair light and fluffy and I feel like it is working to stop a lot of the shedding.
These fun statement earrings are under 10 dollars and such a great accessory for summer. I love that they are a neutral color so you can wear them with anything! If you buy one thing from this random collage of purchases, these are it!
This is my lazy susan o’skincare and I am loving it so far. I was finding that my skincare items were just scattered across my dresser and I wanted an easier way to store everything. I was perusing Amazon late one night, as I do, and this gem popped up and I immediately ordered.
As you all know, I got eyelash extensions for over a year and then developed an allergic reaction. After I got them off I noticed my natural lashes were a lot shorter. This is to be expected since I wasn’t using and lash serums or anything the whole time I had the extensions on my lashes. I started using my GrandeLashMD again and in 2 short weeks I am already seeing crazy growth.
I resisted getting a pair of wireless headphones for so long and I am not sure why. However, I am here to tell you that, aside from having to charge them, they are the best thing ever. I no longer have to worry about a tangled headphone cord or figuring out where my converter is for the headphone jack on the new iPhone. These Jabra wireless headphones have a nice little carrying case and I haven’t lost one yet, so that’s good!
I succumbed to the spaced out letter necklace trend and I am really liking mine so far! I ordered mine from Etsy and chose the gold plated cheaper version since I didn’t know if I’d actually like wearing one. I ordered the 15 inch length and I really wish I would have ordered the 14 inch … I guess I didn’t realize my neck was so small, but it really hangs down too low for my liking. I am going to take it to my jeweler to see if he can shorten it.
I’ve found the perfect shade of lipstick for everyone! I am sure you all have heard of Charlotte Tilbury’s “pillow talk” before, but I am just here to reinforce that it is the best color for an everyday lipstick. I have the lip cheat liner as well and the combo is beautiful together. I also love the pillow talk blush and eyeshadow palette as well.
If you are a fan of rose scents, you have to get this new candle from Bath & Body Works called Rose Water and Ivy. I love anything rose and this candle is by far my favorite, hands down. I am going to go back this week to see if it comes in a body spray because homegirl wants to smell like this all the time!
I was recently getting my eyebrows microbladed and noticed they were burning a candle that smelled so good. I asked what candle it was and this Bath & Body Works candle was it – Linen and Lavender. I have this candle in two rooms now and burn it almost every day when I get home. It is a really fresh and calming scent and it’s not too overpowering.
Y’all- I’ve tried A LOT of eye creams and generally think they are all a crock of you know what, but this one from Neocutis has got me hooked. I got a free sample from my Dermatologist’s office a month or so ago and have milked it for all its worth. I actually went and ordered it online yesterday and can’t wait for it to come in because I feel like my eyes are suffering since I ran out.
This is one of my oldie but goodie, “tried and true” beauty favorites for thinning or shedding hair. I will wash and towel dry my hair like normal and then spray this stuff on my roots and let it penetrate before combing through my hair. I think this definitely helps to form new growth and to stop excessive shedding.
Have you all tried any of these items before?
