If you follow me over on IG stories you will know that I love a good Hydrafacial. I have gotten facials since I was in college and I truly think that the Hydrafacial is one of the best and most efficient facials out there. I try to get one at least once a month, sometimes a little more frequent if I can swing it. I’ve been getting regular Hydrafacials at A Beautiful You Med Spa for a few months now and I love their aesthetician Deanna. What is a Hydrafacial and how is it different than other facials?
HydraFacial is the only hydradermabrasion procedure that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection simultaneously, resulting in clearer, more beautiful skin with no discomfort or downtime. The treatment is soothing, moisturizing, non-invasive and non-irritating. The whole thing is done with a Hydrafacial machine that has a multifunctional tool that does the exfoliating, the sucking, extractions, and infusions. You can choose from several different infusions at the end of the facial depending on your skin type and what you want to achieve. I typically like to do the Britenol boost at the end to get really glowy skin.
How much is the Hydrafacial?
The price for the Hydrafacial ranges depending on where you are getting it done, but at A Beautiful You they charge $199 for a signature Hydrafacial or you can get them in a package for as low at $112 a treatment. Sometimes they will run specials so be sure to sign up for their emails and follow their IG to see when they are running a sale.
How long do the results last?
I would say the results of the Hydrafacial last about a week or two which is why I try to get one a month. The Hydrafacial is perfect if you have a special event coming up where you want your skin to look glowing and amazing. If you are doing one for a special event I would recommend doing it the day before so your skin will look tight and dewy.
