First of all, how cute are our outfits? They are from a brand called Girlfriend Collective and they are actually made out of recycled water boodles. They felt like butter on your skin and I will definitely be buying a new pair. They come in so many fun colors and styles.
I am so excited to write about Zen Fitness Studio today because I’ve been going here ever since they opened a view months ago. Zen has so many interesting classes to keep your body constantly challenged. My favorite class is obviously studio barre bounce. I have also tried their cycling classes and love those as well. They are always having a fun music battle during one of their cycling classes and it truly feels like you are up in “da club” during your spin class.
For all of you mommies out there, Zen offers childcare for most of their classes so you can get your groove on in some bounce classes while your baby chills with some toys and a reliable babysitter.
Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and the classes are so much fun. I love Emily’s hot barre class and Mary Helen’s Studio Barre Bounce classes.
The best part is that your first week is free so there really isn’t anything to lose by signing up. They also have $5 Fridays where any class on Friday is only $5.
If you’re a local Memphis gal, check out Zen Fitness Studios!
