I was so excited to try CycleBar Germantown for a spin class a couple of weeks ago with my Bluff City Lights girls. I have to admit, I hadn’t worked out in 6 months prior to taking this class, so I knew I was in for a real treat. I was welcomed by the lovely front desk staff and was shown around the studio where we learned about the bike shoes and the gears on the bikes.
I think I could accurately describe the class as taking a spinning class in “da club” … the music was so fun and really made me want to go the extra mile. Our instructor Alex was the sweetest thing but she was tough on the bike! She really pushed us to our limits and made sure to keep us motivated throughout the whole class.
The class itself was super challenging, especially for someone that hadn’t worked out for 6 months. I was really sore the next day, but the workout itself was great and I burned so many calories! I am so excited to go back for more classes at CycleBar Germantown.
This sounds like such a fun way to workout!
I’ve tried to stay consistently active and I love trying out new workouts! This one sounds awesome.

I love the idea of cycle classes and have tried a few, I just wish they made bikes that were more comfortable to work out on! ha!
I love a good spin class!! It’s all about the music for me, keeping me motivated to push through the class. Sounds like you enjoyed it!
