I always enjoy these types of posts when other people do them, so here we are today talking about all of the supplements that I take for “all of the things”.
Let’s start out with the supplements that I take in my water every day:
Neigene Collagen Peptide Packets– I try to do at least one of my Neigene Collagen peptide packets in my water every day. Collagen peptides help with many things including glowing skin and strengthening hair, skin, and nails. (use code PIPMEGAN for 15% off the site)
Emergen-C Packets– I take two of these packets every day and put them into my water. Emergen-C is good for immunity, but also contains several other B vitamins, zinc, and electrolytes.
Now to the gummies and pills that I take daily:
Vitamin D– Vitamin D is mostly known as the supplement for healthy bones, but I love Vitamin D for it’s antidepressant properties. I have a Vitamin D deficiency, so I can definitely tell a difference when I’m taking this one.
Elderberry– I just discovered this supplement this year, but it is great for flu prevention and immunity. I take two of these a day and *knock on wood* haven’t gotten sick yet this year.
Probiotic Gummies– I take these every day to help regulate my digestive system and boost the immune system.
Vitamin B12 Sublingual– I love vitamin B12 because I don’t drink caffeine (I always order decaf lattes) and I feel like this gives me the energy that I need without feeling jittery.
