These pictures really have nothing to do with the topic at hand today, and that is where we are going on our EuroTrip! We have booked our tickets and hotels and in late May we will be embarking on a two week journey across Eastern Europe:
1st Stop: Prague, Czech Republic– I have heard nothing but great things about Prague, aka the city of 100 spheres. It’s been on my travel bucket list for a long time and I am so excited to finally get to see the historic town square and gothic architecture.
2nd Stop: Budapest, Hungary– Budapest isn’t somewhere I’d normally think about visiting, but since it’s fairly close to this area, we decided why not? I am excited about their Hungarian hot thermal baths and can’t wait to partake in their spas as well.
3rd Stop: Vienna, Austria– I remember someone once telling me that Vienna (and Austria in general) was one of the more beautiful places that she had ever seen. From the quaint little village towns to the more populous city of Vienna, I can’t wait to explore everything Austria has to offer.
4th Stop: Venice, Italy– I cannot even believe that I am getting to go to Venice! This has been another city that has long been on my bucket list. I want to ride a gondola while wearing a straw hat and a black and white striped shirt! I also want to go to Burano which is a short little boat ride away.
5th Stop: Milan, Italy- I really wish we could spend a lot more time in Italy, but alas, we will have to save that for another trip. I decided we should stick to northern Italy this trip, which is why we are ending our trip in Milan. I am pumped to see all of the fashion that Milan has to offer as well as its architecture.
How we’re getting around: We are obviously flying into Prague and flying out of Milan, but how we get to all of the stops along the way is still up in the air. I thought about doing a train until we get to Vienna and then possibly renting a car in Vienna and driving to Venice and Milan since that is the longest leg of the trip. Anyone that has experience with this please let me know in the comments because I could use some advice!
If you’ve been to any of these cities before, please leave all of your recs in the comments! I’d love to hear them 🙂
